1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing the Metaboil Ai mobile application and website ("Service", "App"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to every clause within this document, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease using the Service.

2. ZERO Medical Liability & AI Disclaimer

The health, fitness, and nutritional landscape is deeply personal and biologically variable. It is crucial that you understand our limitations.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

  • No Medical Professionals: Metaboil Ai, its developers, and its "AI Coach" are NOT medical doctors, registered nurses, clinical dieticians, or physical therapists.
  • Informational Purpose Only: All diet protocols, workout routines, food scanning verdicts, and health-related text generated by the AI are provided for informational and motivational purposes exclusively.
  • Zero Liability: You MUST strictly consult a licensed medical professional or physician before starting any diet or workout plan, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, severe allergies, or injuries.
  • Allergic Reactions & Health Complications: We accept ZERO responsibility or liability for any allergic reactions, illness, physiological complications, or death resulting from dietary changes or food consumption prompted by the App's suggestions.

3. Physical Injury Liability (Zen Vision Camera)

Metaboil Ai offers "Zen Vision," an AI-driven live posture tracking and workout guidance system.

ASSUMPTION OF PHYSICAL RISK

Exercise carries inherent risks. By using the Zen Vision feature or following any generated workout:

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you assume 100% of the risk of physical injury, muscle tears, sprains, cardiovascular events, or catastrophic accidents that may occur while performing exercises. The app developers, corporate entities, and affiliates are entirely absolved of liability for any bodily harm sustained while using the Service.

4. Accuracy of AI & Food Scanners

We utilize highly advanced AI models (Google Gemini API) and global databases (Open Food Facts API) to scan menus, recognize food items, and estimate caloric values.

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: We DO NOT guarantee the 100% accuracy of food labels, macro/micro-nutrient counts, ingredient lists, or menu scanning readouts provided by the AI.
  • Manual Verification Required: AI can hallucinate or misidentify items. Users must independently verify critical allergy information by reading physical product packaging or asking restaurant staff directly. Relying solely on the App for severe allergy management is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features within Metaboil Ai require a premium subscription ("Pro").

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and subscription renewals are securely handled directly by the Apple App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android). We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card data.

6. Affiliate & Monetization Disclosure

To support the continued development of Metaboil Ai, we integrate monetization strategies and third-party links.

Affiliate Links: The App contains affiliate links that route users to third-party e-commerce and grocery platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Swiggy, Amazon, Walmart). We may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links at no extra cost to you.

Third-Party Liability: We do not own, control, or take responsibility for the inventory, quality of goods, delivery logistics, or payment security of these third-party platforms. Any dispute regarding a grocery order or product quality must be taken up directly with the respective merchant.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metaboil Ai, its developers, founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account) violation of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of the App, or physical/medical harm sustained during your use of the Service.
